WOW! I had no clue everyone had aa many problems with them as I do. My ceiling also started leaking... now this was LAST year... around october. It leaked for 4 months until I had a state worker call and harrass them about unhealthy living for a child... oddly, the leaking stopped... they came and poorly patched the ceiling... It started leaking again on Monday. I've called them 4 times. My furnace doesn't work for some reason, now, as well. As it's getting cold outside and I have a 2 year old little boy, it's worrisome... especially in combination with the steady steam of water pouring from my ceiling down the inside and outside of a wall with light fixtures and other electrical devises. And to top it off swimingly... the disposal broke. I fully expect that I will not recieve a cent of my deposit back.
This is a little thing that people outside of this state would call slum lords. Maybe with enough attention the state might investigate their improper and immoral way of supplying housing.
I recently became an employ of the state... so I'll have to check into what laws they actually are breaking and what could be done about it.
